I just came back from talking to a tree if you couldn't tell
I think I decided that the tree I've decided is my tree I'm gonna take a seed from and plant when I have a child, hopefully in the far future.
I started off with self criticism and then went to compliments to the tree, or maybe they were benevolent observances somthing of that sort. Then I went and bashed all mankind, and thanked it with all my heart with all my soul and with all my might
for all of you not Jewish thats part of a prayer.
Vehahavtah.
You shall love the lord your god with all your heart all your soul and all your might.

The prayer I say everynight and morning or rather most nights and morning and random times during the day
